Job Title: Regional Finance Manager

Quadriga is a leading international provider of guest technology managed services. We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Finance Manager to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Regional Finance Manager will be responsible for delivering the company's financial reporting and transaction processing requirements for multiple countries. This includes ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and fiduciary requirements, in line with the Group's financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accounting: Manage all aspects of general ledger and balance sheet control accounts, including deferred and accrued income controls, inter-company balance sheet controls, payroll controls, balance sheet reconciliations, stock accounts, rental and fixed assets, and providing audit information.
  • Reporting: Prepare and produce monthly commentary for review, including providing relevant analysis.
  • Budgets: Prepare and produce budgets for management review, contributing to medium to long-term business planning.
  • Forecasts: Prepare and produce quarterly re-forecasting, contributing to short to medium-term business planning.
  • Cash Forecasting: Produce and submit monthly cash forecast, including supporting commentary on material movements or changes.
  • Business Partnering: Serve as the first point of contact for finance aspects with business departments and management team.
Requirements:
  • Technical Expertise: Bilingual an advantage, excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail and accuracy, analytical skills, self-managing and motivating, strong supervisory skills, ability to work to tight deadlines, flexible and adaptable, numerate and logical.
  • Qualifications: University degree preferable, part-qualified to finalist accounting qualifications or equivalent, experience in managing the general ledger is essential, computer literate especially with MS Excel and finance packages, experience of working with all management levels.
Additional Information:

This is a contract role on a day rate.
