Job Role: Child Protection Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Child Protection Specialist to join our team at PP Associates Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for undertaking child protection investigations, building strong relationships with families and partner agencies, and contributing to team management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting children and young people by undertaking child protection investigations and safety planning
  • Building strong and respectful working relationships with families, their support network, and partner agencies
  • Working on cases with increased complexity, including court work and pre-proceedings experience
  • Contributing to team management, deputising for team leaders, and supervising work of ASYE or students
  • Ensuring children and young people are actively involved in our work and their voice is captured in case recording
  • Participating in reflective supervision and group supervision
