We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our IT team at Remedy Social Work.

The successful candidate will take on a lead role in implementing and delivering the NEC Housing IT Business System project. This will involve working closely with our IT colleagues, our implementation partner, the IT system's supplier (NEC), and our Housing service to ensure a coordinated approach is taken to delivering this project.

Key Requirements:

  1. Experience of working in/with the Housing Service.
  2. A high-level understanding of NEC's housing IT system.
  3. Significant experience in implementing the NEC housing system.

Working Arrangements:

The working arrangements for this role are Monday to Friday, 9-5, with hybrid working except Wednesdays, which are work-from-the-office days.

We are looking for someone to fill this role until project completion, which is expected to be November 2025.
