Pharmacy Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced and capable Pharmacy Manager to lead our pharmacy team. This role is ideal for someone looking for a challenge in delivering a comprehensive pharmacy service within hospital settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, motivate, and effectively manage the pharmacy team by providing excellent leadership.
  • Advise on the safe management of medicines to the hospital and its departments, while staying compliant with current legislation and professional standards.
  • Lead on quality improvement projects and audit within pharmacy, with the aim of instilling a continuous learning culture within the team.
  • Promote a patient-focused multidisciplinary approach to the delivery of an efficient, high-quality healthcare service.

Requirements
  • Leadership/managerial experience in a pharmacy setting.
  • Awareness and knowledge of oncology pharmacy.
