AJ Bell Management Limited is seeking an experienced CRM Automation Manager to join their marketing team in London. As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in maximizing the potential of our new CRM platform, Bloomreach.

About the Role:
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure an in-depth understanding of seasonal campaign objectives and deliverables.
  • Be a 'super user' of the CRM platform, managing complex automation journeys and troubleshooting issues related to data feeds.
  • Build strong relationships with our marketing platform vendor (Bloomreach) to ensure optimal utilization of platform capabilities across all channels.
  • Develop and execute omni-channel marketing campaigns, leveraging your knowledge of workflow and automation functions within the tools.
  • Collaborate with the UX and Design team to create reusable templates and toolkits for reducing creative production overhead and ensuring consistency.

In this role, you will achieve a balance between programme/automation-based and campaign-based CRM activity, utilizing workflow and automation functions to reduce manual production. You will also be responsible for effectively managing, executing, and tracking marketing activity performance, as well as analysing campaign performance to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a CRM/Data role, with a proven track record of working with automated customer journeys.
  • Experience with Digital Analytics Platforms, such as Google Analytics Explore, Adobe Analytics, or Acoustic/IBM Digital Analytics.
  • Ability to understand data collection methods from websites and build relevant reporting inside the platform.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and CRM methodologies, including LTV, Retention, Loyalty, upsell & cross-sale.
  • Ability to present and interpret data to senior management.
  • Understanding of data evaluation concepts, such as A/B testing and statistical significance.
  • Basic knowledge of personalization languages, such as Jinja or similar.
  • Experience in customer journey mapping and multi-channel campaign execution.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of how Email Marketing tools and/or Marketing Automation technology work, how they can be configured to build segments and workflows, and how they can integrate with other systems. They will also be able to troubleshoot and investigate issues based on data points.
