Support Analyst Role

At Honda Motor Europe, we are committed to providing excellent customer service to our internal stakeholders. We are now seeking a talented individual to join our Business Solutions Team as a Support Analyst.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and prioritize multiple support requests simultaneously.
  • Perform thorough analysis of technical issues to identify root causes.
  • Implement effective solutions to resolve technical issues.
  • Communicate clearly and concisely with users to provide updates on issue resolutions.

Requirements:

  • Current undergraduate student in a relevant field (e.g., IT or Business).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook and Excel.

Salary Details:

This role offers a competitive salary of £24,500 - £29,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
