Nursing Unit Manager Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered General Nurse or Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team as a Nursing Unit Manager at The Healthcare Hub in Plymouth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality patient care, supporting the Home Manager's vision and ensuring compliance with CQC Standards.
- Lead and manage a team of nurses, providing coaching and mentoring to ensure excellent care standards.
- Develop and implement evidence-based practice, staying up-to-date with the latest nursing techniques and guidelines.
Requirements:
- Registered General Nurse or Registered Mental Health Nurse with a valid NMC pin.
- 3 years of nursing experience, with a strong background in leadership and management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
