Salt Digital Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Senior Cloud Solutions Consultant to join our team in London. As a key member of our Professional Services team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional results-driven solutions to clients in the construction industry.

About the Role:

  • Lead and support new customer implementations of cloud-based solutions, ensuring smooth deployment and adoption.
  • Deliver informative and well-organized presentations to clients and stakeholders, communicating complex technical information in an engaging and accessible manner.
  • Maintain robust client relationships, acting as a primary point of contact for product enhancement requests and providing expert technical and functional support during the implementation phase.
  • Collaborate with various departments to meet client requirements and create documentation for both internal and external use, leveraging your analytical skills to map client supply chain interactions and requirements.
  • Work closely with our Professional Services Manager to integrate solutions into clients' core architecture and identify growth opportunities, driving business expansion in the UK and European market.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in management consulting, with a focus on SaaS or cloud-based solutions, preferably within the AEC industry.
  • Proven project management and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities successfully and drive results-oriented projects forward.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the capacity to convey complex ideas effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Outstanding client relationship building skills, with a proven track record of developing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Native French speaker, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
