Salary: 55,000 pa / 37.5 hrs pw
2,500 signing bonus & 2,500 probation bonus in year one

We are seeking a passionate and experienced leader to oversee the daily operations of a new children's home. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape the future of the home from its launch and make a real difference in children's lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure a safe, nurturing environment for children.
  2. Lead and motivate the team to achieve outstanding outcomes.
  3. Develop care plans and maintain relationships with children, families, and external agencies.
  4. Manage budgets and resources effectively.
  5. Lead recruitment, training, and staff development.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience as a Registered or Deputy Manager in children's homes.
  2. Strong knowledge of safeguarding and child protection.
