About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Planning Analyst to join our team at Angola LNG Marketing Ltd in London. As a key member of our commercial planning team, you will be responsible for generating and maintaining strategic and operational plans, conducting financial analysis, and providing insightful recommendations to senior management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strategic and operational plans for ALM, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends.
  • Oversee and coordinate activities performed by Planning Analysts, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Develop, maintain, and update business and economic models used by ALM, incorporating market research and analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect data, prepare reports, and monitor performance against targets.
  • Provide recommendations to senior management based on analysis and forecasts, ensuring informed decision-making.
Requirements
  • Experience in marketing commercial activities and/or corporate planning/economics, with a strong background in modelling and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in modelling and forecasting techniques, with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to use intellectual curiosity to identify and simplify processes.
  • Knowledge of the LNG industry is a plus, with self-motivation and results-oriented approach.
