We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to spearhead supply-related projects, driving innovation and efficiency across our operations. As a key member of our Global Business Solutions team, you will be responsible for managing projects from inception to completion, connecting diverse teams and processes to achieve our dynamic supply chain goals.

About the Role

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing all GBS projects end to end, including NPDs, EPDs, rollouts, Tech Transfers, and Maintenance Projects
  • Planning and coordinating project meetings to deliver objectives in a timely manner
  • Identifying, assessing, documenting, and prioritizing key dependencies and risks, and working with cross-functional teams to resolve
  • Ensuring all project plans, briefs, and key project documents are available on time and are accurate to enable delivery to cost, quality, and time
  • Establishing and running project team and project group meetings in accordance with the governance framework
  • Monitoring and reporting progress and risk to senior stakeholders, gathering information to enable effective decision-making
  • Framing situations effectively to generate fast and robust decisions
  • Managing item creation and item management data processes in Fast SKU and on key site data files
  • Managing artwork and graphics processes
  • Managing project/product change control processes via Quality One
  • Supporting Supply Strategy and Procurement teams in the coordination of feasibility and sourcing assessments, including costing studies and capex assessments
  • Coordinating trials, both packaging and formulation
  • Managing project time plans to meet required launch dates
  • Generating demand in collaboration with markets and connected planning
  • Creating and implementing Ways of Working approaches for GBS
  • Managing the portfolio of all GBS innovation
  • Contributing to the prioritization of GBS projects
  • Tracking project success post-launch via key innovation performance indicators

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Strong experience in project management
  • Computer literacy, with experience of report writing
  • Technical/Scientific/Supply or Engineering degree
  • Experience in Supply Chain management, complex project management with cross-functional teams in multiple locations, communication with category and marketing teams, a manufacturing environment (preferably FMCG Disinfection and regulated products), planning, production, quality, engineering, risk assessments, and decision-making processes
