About the Role
Berkshire Healthcare Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team. As a specialist in mental health and community health services, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to individuals and families across Berkshire.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage your own caseload and interventions, undertaking clinical sessions as required.
- Function as an autonomous clinician, supporting clients and their families in a range of face-to-face settings.
- Build relationships with clinical and professional colleagues across the health and local authority community.
- Provide guidance and appropriate delegation to therapy assistants in the team.
Requirements
- Qualification in Occupational Therapy with HCPC registration.
- Post-qualification experience of working with children and young people with mental health problems.
- Full UK driving license with access to a vehicle.
