Job Summary

This role involves supporting the delivery of complex change across various service areas at the University of Leeds. The successful candidate will have experience in change management and strong stakeholder management skills.

About the Role

We are looking for a People & Change Adviser to join our collaborative and supportive team. The role will involve scoping changes, understanding their impacts, and developing solutions to address these. You will also form part of a network of change practitioners focused on building change capability within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with colleagues across disciplines to develop solutions for successful change delivery
  • Build relationships, facilitate, and coach stakeholders to ensure change is delivered successfully
  • Contribute to the development of change initiatives and support their implementation
