We're seeking a talented and motivated Assistant Property Manager / Junior Property Manager to join our dynamic team at BBL Property Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our block management team, you'll be responsible for managing a small portfolio of residential properties, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of c350 units, ensuring timely completion of tasks and maintaining excellent relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Work closely with our in-house specialists to provide expert advice on legal, surveying, and finance matters.
  • Develop and implement effective budgets, insurance strategies, and maintenance plans to optimize property performance.
  • Conduct regular site visits and attend AGMs to ensure seamless communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions.
