Senior Development Acquisition Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled developer acquisition specialist to join Pinnacle Recruitment Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of successful site acquisitions in the London market, with a focus on sites ranging from 200 to 1000 units.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring sites that meet our investment criteria, working closely with joint venture partners, private sellers, and private rental sector (PRS) stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and acquire sites in London with a minimum of 200 units and a maximum of 1000 units
- Work with joint venture partners, private sellers, and PRS stakeholders to secure deals
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform acquisition strategies
- Proven experience in developer acquisition with a focus on the London market
- Strong network of contacts within the industry, including joint venture partners and private sellers
- Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
- A competitive salary range of £85,000 - £105,000 per annum, estimated based on similar roles in the London area
