We are seeking a highly skilled Fire Risk Assessor to join our team at Niyaa People. As a Fire Risk Assessor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety of our properties and occupants.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough fire risk assessments, audits, and inspections to identify potential hazards and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Assist in carrying out secondary inspections of pre and post remedial works to ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Produce and maintain accurate reports and documentation for fire risk assessment specifications, highlighting inspections and remedial actions that meet key performance indicators.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, identifying areas for improvement in service delivery.
- Previous experience in completing type 1-3 fire risk assessments across a range of domestic properties.
- Experience in completing fire risk assessments in social housing or construction settings.
- Full UK valid driving license.
- Fire Risk Assessment Qualification FPA Level 3 or equivalent, with Level 4 FPA or NEBOSH Fire desirable.
- A competitive salary of £47,000.
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing with length of service.
