Paediatric Nurse for Complex Care Client

We are seeking a skilled Paediatric Nurse to provide high-quality care and support to a young client with Spinal Muscular Atrophy in their Oxford home.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate paediatric nurse to join our team at Thornbury Community Services. As a Children's Complex Care Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering bespoke care and enabling our client to stabilise at home and achieve their personal goals.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert tracheostomy care and suction
- Perform tracheostomy tube changes
- Care for clients on ventilation via tracheostomy
- Operate cough assist machines and use Peg-J (Dual port Gastro-Jej)
- Insert female indwelling catheters
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A minimum of 12 months' experience in UK-based complex care
- Recent experience in key skills including tracheostomy care, ventilation, and peg feeding
