About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Teacher to join our team at Polaris, specializing in Special Education Needs. As a SEN Class Teacher, you will be responsible for creating and implementing inclusive and engaging learning environments that cater to the diverse needs of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver tailored lesson plans to meet the individual needs of SEN students
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement inclusive strategies
  • Monitor and assess student progress, identifying areas for improvement
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to ensure seamless support

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in teaching SEN students
  • Strong understanding of inclusive education principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
