We are seeking a skilled Handover Specialist to join our team at Lexus Preston. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences while representing one of the world's most prestigious automotive brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Tailor a personalized handover experience for each customer, ensuring they receive comprehensive introductions to their vehicle's specifications.
  • Deliver accurate information and maintain ongoing communication leading up to vehicle delivery, ensuring a customized service for every customer.
  • Embodiment of the key elements: Customer First, Kaizen, Teamwork and Collaboration, and Quality and Reliability.
