Festive Store Associate

About this role

We are looking for a Festive Store Associate to join our team in stores during the busy Christmas period. As a Festive Store Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and helping to create a welcoming shopping experience for our customers.

Main Responsibilities:

• Deliver Christmas cheer to households across the nation by providing excellent customer service and helping to meet customer needs.
• Provide support in store during the busy festive period, including serving customers, stocking shelves, and picking orders for home delivery.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

About you

• Passion for delivering great service and creating a positive shopping experience for customers.
• Ability to build rapport with customers and provide a warm and welcoming service.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
