About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Adnams Plc. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation across our Managed Properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide an effective and efficient housekeeping service, ensuring all areas of Managed Properties and Staff Accommodation are presented to the highest standards.
  • Maintain stock levels for Laundry and Chemicals, and identify any maintenance issues to the Housekeeping Manager or General Manager.
  • Develop and support the housekeeping team, sharing knowledge, training, and best practices to ensure excellent customer service and operational standards.
  • Take responsibility for the department in the absence of the Housekeeping Manager, providing leadership and support to the team.
