About the Role: We are looking for a Support Staff Member to join our team at The Oaklea Trust. In this role, you will provide support and assistance to service users with learning disabilities in their daily lives.
Key Tasks:
- Assisting with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Accompanying service users on outings and activities.
- Providing emotional support and being a positive role model.
Person Specification:
- A minimum of 6 months' experience in a care setting or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Package:
- A salary of £23,088.00 per annum (pro rata) based on 20 hours per week, plus excellent benefits.
