Central Alliance is a leading pre-construction specialist that enables economic and societal growth through its projects. We deliver essential infrastructure, including places to work and live, transportation systems, and utilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise site investigations, requiring occasional travel.
  • Log soil and rock samples in accordance with BS5930:2015.
  • Manage site investigation works, including pricing, supplier management, and health and safety documentation.
  • Complete Desktop Studies.
  • Process and report data.
  • Support senior staff with project-related tasks.
  • Oversee department equipment, including allocation, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Attend internal and external meetings as required.
  • Adhere to working instructions from internal and external clients.
  • Complete internal paperwork as needed.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders.

    Requirements and Qualifications:

    • Experience in supervising and managing ground investigation contracts.
    • Compliance with CDM regulations and production of health and safety documentation.
    • Attendance and completion of internal and industry-recognized training courses, including PTS, NRASWA, CCNSG, towing license, CAT, First Aid, and manual handling training.
    • Maintenance of ground investigation equipment.
    • UK Driving License.
    • Professional conduct at all times.
    • Experience in people management.
    • Flexibility in work approach, including working hours and travel.
    • Ability to meet deadlines and targets.

      Compensation and Benefits:

      • Salary up to £35,000, depending on experience.
