Job Summary:

Key Tasks:

  • Charge Allocation: Ensure accurate allocation of utility charges to landlords.
  • Expenditure Analysis: Analyze utility expenditure across properties to identify discrepancies or opportunities for cost savings.
  • Tenant and Contractor Interaction: Utilize strong communication skills to interact with tenants, landlords, and contractors.

Salary Range: $82 per hour (equivalent of £25,000 per annum)
