About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our culinary team at Young's. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality food and exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to the highest standards, using fresh and seasonal ingredients.
  • Work closely with the Head Chef to design and deliver new menus and daily specials.
  • Maintain effective controls on food costs and labour, ensuring efficient kitchen operations.
  • Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in our CDP - Sous Chef development programme and other training initiatives to enhance your skills and career prospects.

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or Commis Chef, with a passion for producing high-quality food.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • A willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities.
  • A creative approach to food preparation and presentation, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
