Requirements:

  • NMC Registration: Must be a registered nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in nursing, ideally in a leadership or senior role.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead to join our team at Black Fox Solutions. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of care staff to deliver exceptional care to our residents. You will be responsible for producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments, maintaining accurate documentation and resident records, and overseeing all aspects of medicine management on your shift.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading a team of care staff to deliver exceptional care.
  • Producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and resident records.
  • Overseeing all aspects of medicine management on your shift.
  • Responsible for making decisions in a timely manner.
  • Utilising your clinical skills to provide guidance and support to all team members.
  • Supporting, guiding, teaching and mentoring others in line with the NMC Code.
