We are seeking an experienced Multi Trader with a strong background in plastering and tiling to join our team at MD Building Services (Maidstone) ltd. As a skilled tradesperson, you will be responsible for carrying out high-quality plastering and tiling work in residential properties, as well as performing additional construction tasks such as drywall installation, carpentry, basic plumbing, and painting.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Carry out high-quality plastering and tiling work in residential properties.
  2. Perform additional construction tasks, including drywall installation, carpentry, basic plumbing, and painting.
  3. Work on various home renovation and improvement projects.
  4. Ensure projects are completed on time and to client specifications.
  5. Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in plastering and tiling (residential construction preferred).
  2. Additional skills in general construction trades (carpentry, painting, drywall, etc.).
  3. Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  5. Own tools and transport preferred.
  6. Valid CSCS card (preferred but not essential).
