Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our team at St Keverne Health Centre. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the delivery of excellent healthcare services in our rural surgery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide direct patient care in a medical practice setting, including general treatment room duties, smears, immunisations, wound care, and long-term conditions.
* Perform physical assessments and collect patient health histories, administer medications and treatments as ordered by healthcare providers, and assist with minor surgical procedures and wound care.
* Conduct patient education on various health topics, monitor and document patient vital signs and symptoms, and collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, and provide excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare team members.
Requirements:
* 3 years of nursing experience (preferred)
* NMC number (required)
* Driving Licence (preferred)

* £31,024.00-£43,574.00 per year
