Operations Planner

At Edwards & Pearce, we are committed to providing a challenging and rewarding work environment for our employees. As a Demand Planner, you will play a critical role in driving the end-to-end demand process and contributing to the company's growth and success.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience in Supply Chain or Demand Planning role and will be responsible for validation of critical demand data, forecasting accuracy, and input of key customer forecasts. You will also be accountable for unconstrained requirement plan, aggregation granularity, and overviews. Additionally, you will manage the Demand planning system, ensure Product changes have been implemented on system, and manage insight feeds; internal & external.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to your base salary, you can expect a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.

Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years experience in Supply Chain or Demand Planning role.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Demand planning systems and tools.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
