About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our team at Cecconi's Bicester. Your main responsibility is to ensure that members have an enjoyable experience. You will deliver excellent service from initial greeting, taking orders, making recommendations and paying of the bill.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive dining experience for members
  • Take orders, manage tables, and maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
  • Develop a strong understanding of our menu and make recommendations to members
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Requirements
  • 1-2 years' experience in a busy high-profile bar (preferred but not essential)
  • Team player who communicates well with all colleagues
  • Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy
  • Sense of urgency and ability to multitask
  • Flexible and available to working both opening and closing shifts when required
