As an Administrative Operations Manager at Funko, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our Hammersmith office. This includes overseeing daily activities, acting as the primary point of contact for employees, visitors, external vendors, and building management.

The ideal candidate will have deep experience in office/reception management and working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 packages. You will be responsible for managing reception, coordinating access passes, and working with the Senior Manager to manage courier accounts.

A key aspect of this role is maintaining accurate records, processing invoices, and providing excellent customer service. Additionally, you will support engagement activities, scheduling staff training sessions, and conduct HQ building inductions for new starters.

The salary for this position is approximately £40,000-£50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
