**Job Title:** Bank Night Care Assistant

**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a key member of our care staff, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our residents. Your strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with residents will be essential in ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

**Responsibilities**
  • Provide person-centred care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living tasks.
  • Assist with meal preparation and serving, ensuring residents receive nutritious meals and snacks.
  • Engage residents in activities and provide companionship, promoting a sense of community and well-being.
  • Monitor and record residents' progress, reporting any concerns or changes to colleagues and management.

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you will need:
