About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Floor Manager to join our team in High Street, Stockton-on-Tees. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring your team to deliver exceptional customer service and store standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through the delivery of excellent customer service and store standards
  • Support the management of your team and motivate colleagues to increase sales and ensure efficiency
  • Provide colleagues in the team with the appropriate skills, knowledge and training
  • Operate and deliver processes that ensure the store meets all legal requirements
  • Have a strong knowledge and ability to deliver KPI's

About You

We are looking for an enthusiastic, focused & driven team player with a passion for retail & delivering great service. Ideal candidates will have experience of managing a small to medium sized team, in a fast paced retail environment, and possess effective communication skills, strong leadership and organisation skills, and a flexible approach and a 'can do' attitude.
