About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to further develop their quality assurance skills in the development of missile systems. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring that MBDA's hi-tech weapon systems meet the required level of quality and are delivered to trusted partners around the world.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with software development teams to ensure adherence to process and standards;
  • Leading project quality assessments and identifying risks and critical issues;
  • Providing input to monthly reports and contributing to the wider Product Assurance community within MBDA;
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve project objectives and delivering high-quality results;
  • Communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders;

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have a solid understanding of software development and quality assurance principles, as well as experience working in a process-based design and development environment. A degree in engineering or a related field would be advantageous, but not essential.
