About the Role

We are seeking experienced support workers to join our team in Pembrokeshire, providing personalized support to adults with learning disabilities to achieve daily tasks and enjoy activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing support to adults with learning disabilities to maintain their independence and manage their health and wellbeing
  • Working as part of a team to cover day shifts and sleep ins
  • Driving is preferable, but not essential
The Package

We offer a competitive hourly rate of up to £12.37, full training and support, and flexible hours.

Requirements

We require applicants to have their own vehicle, be flexible, and consider themselves open-minded, patient, and encouraging mentors.
