About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our Field Support Team as a Field Operative. As a Field Operative, you will be responsible for resolving network, system, and telecom faults quickly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform basic mechanical and electrical repairs at heights
- Resolve dispatched tickets independently
- Maintain diverse networks and keep equipment in top shape
- Support customers with a professional and courteous attitude
