About the Role
As a Reception Coordinator with Manor Royal Business District, you will be responsible for ensuring customers and visitors receive a warm welcome in our showroom. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in customer service and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities
- Staffing and maintaining the reception area to provide a positive first impression of our business
- Directing customers to the seating area and offering refreshments to enhance their experience
- Handling calls and visitors efficiently, paging staff as needed to maintain a smooth operation
- Maintaining a system to track staff whereabouts to ensure effective communication and collaboration
- Keeping customer refreshments stocked and the waiting area clean to create a comfortable environment
- Processing outgoing post and ensuring safety and security measures are in place

Educational Requirements
- Competency in numeracy, literacy, and IT skills to perform tasks efficiently
- Previous relevant job history is desirable but not essential for this role

Work Schedule
