">Job Description: As a Care Companion and Assistant, you will be responsible for providing personalized support to our clients, focusing on their physical and emotional well-being. Your daily tasks may include assisting with personal care, preparing meals, and engaging in leisure activities.
">Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one support to clients
- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing and dressing
- Prepare healthy meals and snacks
- Engage clients in hobbies and interests
Salary and Benefits: Our comprehensive compensation package includes a competitive hourly rate of £11.50 (Monday to Friday) and £12.80 (evenings and weekends). You will also enjoy additional benefits, such as mileage reimbursement and a paid birthday leave.
">Qualifications and Requirements: A strong desire to make a difference in people's lives, combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, is essential for this role. A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle are necessary for transporting clients. We provide thorough training for our new staff members.
