Process Engineering Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Engineering Manager to join our team at NYX Inc. in Plymouth. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling engineering projects within your area of assigned responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
Direct, coordinate, and exercise functional authority for planning, organization, control, integration, and completion of engineering projects within area of assigned responsibility. This includes assigning project personnel to specific phases or aspects of projects, reviewing product design for compliance with engineering principles, and coordinating activities concerned with technical developments and schedules. Additionally, you will be responsible for resolving engineering design and test problems, directing integration of technical activities and products, and evaluating and approving design changes, specifications, and drawing releases. You will also control expenditures within limitations of project budget, prepare interim and completion project reports, and manage and direct personnel as required.
Requirements
3-5 years of management experience in interior plastic injection molding processing is required. A Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, or four or more years' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience is also required. You must have the ability to coordinate and manage the necessary design activities, knowledge of CAD application and blueprint interpretation, and basic knowledge of QMS and EMS. You must also follow safety rules, report safety problems and all injuries, regardless of severity, and ensure plant safety and 5S housekeeping standards are maintained.
