We are seeking an experienced Senior Land Manager to lead our land acquisition efforts in the Northern Home Counties. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying land opportunities, managing relationships with external bodies, and ensuring compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the land function to implement best practices, control costs, and maximise revenue generation.
  • Serve as a key liaison between the land department and other internal teams to optimise opportunities and strengthen regional relationships.
  • Ensure land procurement aligns with annual budgets and forecasts, adhering to all requirements and compliance standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in land acquisition, site management, and collaboration with internal teams.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to maintain and expand regional networks while managing relationships with external bodies.
