The Role

We are seeking an experienced Facility and Inventory Assistant - Supply Chain Expert to join our team based in London Bridge Hospital. This is a full-time position requiring a 37.5-hour working week, with shifts from 07:30 to 15:30, 8:00 to 16:00, 9:00 to 17:00, or 10:00 to 18:00.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service for colleagues and visitors.
  • Assist with supply chain processes within HCA Laboratories.
  • Contribute to waste management, including clinical waste handling and cleaning/maintenance of designated areas.
  • Support the materials team to organize and oversee stock control, supplies distribution, delivery note/purchase order logging, and stock takes as required.

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of supply chain management systems.
  • Strong communication and accuracy skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other computerized systems.
  • Desirable experience with SMART and Meditech software.
