We are seeking a talented Senior Client Relationship Manager to join our team in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Head of Business in ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and success in day-to-day operations. This includes conducting regular account management responsibilities, responding to client queries in a timely manner, and broadening use cases at each client account to ensure longevity and retention.

Conduct product training sessions and use case demonstrations with clients, update FAQs and other collateral that serve to educate users on our data/methodology, and work closely with the client services team in actively monitoring each account, especially those clients at risk.

Requirements:

At least 3-5 years of experience in the finance industry, either in an account management or market research role. Subject matter knowledge within the overall finance, preferably in private equity, and experience producing written reports for wide public use and presenting to senior management and to external parties.

Experience in relationship-building, value proposition, engaging with industry stakeholders in a meaningful and goal-oriented way in order to meet business objectives, and excellent Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills. Experience with Salesforce is preferable.

Competencies:

A self-starter, able to work independently and within a team. A confident and strong communicator, able to conduct high-level conversations/engagements with senior industry stakeholders. The ability to demonstrate flexibility, adaptability to different workflows and processes, responsiveness and work efficiency, and operational efficiency.
