Pediatric Intensivist

To succeed as a Pediatric Intensivist, you will need to have demonstrated competence to at least ST4 level in all key neonatal areas, including conducting neonatal clinics with supervision, antenatal counselling, and experience of management of ventilated babies. You must also have a minimum of 4 years postgraduate experience, of which 2 years are in UK Neonatal Medicine.

• Child protection level 3/Child protection portfolio is also required.
• A minimum of 6 months experience of working on a tier 2 rota on a UK NICU is necessary.
• Excellent communication skills are essential, with the ability to work effectively with patients, senior medical staff, and other health professionals.

The estimated salary for this position is £75,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
