We are seeking a Wellbeing Professional to join our Occupational Health team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of a high-quality, evidence-based customer-focused Occupational Health service. This includes conducting health surveillance and health capability assessments, generating OH metrics, and analyzing health trends to identify workplace hazards and improve employee performance and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct health surveillance and health capability assessments (e.g., audiometry, spirometry, vision testing).
  • Generate OH metrics and support OH clinical staff in demonstrating the function's value.
  • Analyze health trends to identify workplace hazards and improve employee performance and wellbeing.

The ideal candidate will have Occupational Health Technician training and qualification, experience in a centralised service model, and proficiency in spirometry, audiometry, and medical data software systems. Strong IT skills and excellent communication and organizational skills are also essential.

This is a contract 12-month position located in Stevenage, offering a salary range of Ÿ€45,000 - Ÿ€55,000 per annum, depending on experience. Please note that the salary is estimated based on national averages for similar positions in the UK.
