Job Title: Fulfilment Centre Supervisor

About the Role:

As a Fulfilment Centre Supervisor at Amazon, you will play a key role in managing day-to-day operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality and productivity are maintained. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Creating and maintaining a culture of safety and wellbeing among team members.
  2. Analysing and implementing changes to enhance quality and productivity levels.
  3. Overseeing projects to streamline processes, optimise productivity, and increase quality of service for customers.
  4. Collaborating with management-level colleagues to standardise shift practices.

A Day in the Life:
As a Fulfilment Centre Supervisor, you will work on a shift pattern at one of our sites, ensuring it runs as efficiently as possible. Your main focus will be driving a culture of safety, upholding quality and shift performance standards, and overseeing process improvements within your area. With the help of emerging technology, we're constantly looking for ways to offer a bigger, better product range - delivered quickly and affordably. Our teams are at the heart of Amazon's fast-paced Operations network, helping to manage dynamic inventory and facilitate speedy deliveries round the clock.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
  1. A degree
  2. Relevant experience in people management
  3. Relevant experience of communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including peers and leadership
  4. Relevant experience in using data or anecdotal evidence to influence business decisions
  5. Written and spoken English language skills

PAY: An estimated salary of £50,000 - £70,000 per annum.
