Join our company as a Home Appliance Field Maintenance Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to join our team in Stafford and the surrounding areas. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for visiting customers in their homes, identifying and repairing any appliance issues to get them up and running again.
You will manage your time effectively throughout the day, keeping customers and colleagues updated on your progress. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate stock levels in your van. This role requires a full, valid driving licence.
A competitive starting salary of £32,916 per annum is offered, with the potential to earn up to £37,304 once fully trained. Bonus incentives are available for upselling products, and a comprehensive benefits package includes enhanced rate over time and up to 6% pension contribution.
The ideal candidate will have experience as a White Goods Engineer, but what we really need is self-motivation, strong technical and customer service skills. Our City and Guilds-assured in-house training and support programme is designed to get you ready to deliver excellent service to our customers.
This role requires the ability to lift & manoeuvre heavy objects, work in restricted spaces, regularly engage hand dexterity and colour vision. Offers of employment are subject to testing to ensure that candidates can comply with the basic health and safety requirements of the role.
