Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical/Forensic/Counselling Psychologist to join our team at Cygnet Hospital Kewstoke. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality psychological assessments and therapy to individuals and groups, as well as providing training and supervision to colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out psychological assessments and provide therapy to individuals and groups
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop care plans
  • Provide training and supervision to colleagues
  • Evaluate the service and contribute to its development
  • Disseminate outcomes through conference presentations and publications
Requirements
  • HCPC registered Clinical/Forensic/Counselling Psychologist with experience in a clinical forensic or mental health setting
  • Experience of working within a Personality Disorder Unit
  • Preferably trained in complex therapies such as Schema focused, Cognitive Analytical, and DBT
  • Passionate about working with individuals with complex mental health needs
