We are seeking a skilled MEP Revit BIM/CAD Technician to join our client's dynamic team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for creating, coordinating, developing, and submitting electronic concept designs, construction, and installation drawings using industry-standard software.
Key Responsibilities:- Interpreting and translating electrical and mechanical concept designs into actionable drawings for the in-house CAPS team.
- Collaborating closely with Engineers to produce detailed installation and construction drawings for Project Site Teams.
- Creating 3D layout drawings and using CFD modelling software.
- Producing tender packs, issuing sub-contractor requests, and compiling O&M Manuals.
- Securing third-party contractor quotations for equipment and service.
- Conducting on-site surveys to aid in the preparation of site drawings.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced MEP Revit BIM/CAD Technician looking for their next role working for a growing company, offering a great benefits package.
The company offers a competitive base salary at the £50K mark (DOE), as well as a Hybrid working arrangement, working three days from home. Standard working hours are 9-5, but they can be flexible with this.
