Job Title: Collections Advisor
**About the Role**
We are seeking a skilled Collections Advisor to join our team at Ritz Recruitment. As a Collections Advisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting our client, a leading student accommodation provider in Birmingham city centre, in managing outstanding rent owed by customers.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Conduct outbound calls to customers regarding outstanding rent owed
* Collaborate with internal teams to create resolution plans
* Reconcile accounts and update details on the system
* Explain payment options to customers and set up payment plans
* Deal with customers in a discreet and professional manner
* Call guarantors about outstanding monies
**Requirements**
* Proven experience in credit control or equivalent
* History with reconciliations and dispute resolution
* Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
* Strong time management and organizational skills
**What We Offer**
* Competitive hourly rate of £14.50
* Weekly pay and PAYE
* Monday to Friday working hours from 9:00 to 17:30
