Quality Assurance Specialist - 6 Month Contract

Our client, a leading manufacturer in the construction industry, is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to drive quality performance improvements across two key areas: Product Design & Manufacture and Onsite Installation & Service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To drive quality performance improvements and enhance the company's reputation.
  • Review and analyze current processes and quality performance in the relevant areas.
  • Identify areas for improvement and conduct root cause analyses.
  • Develop and implement containment and corrective actions to address quality issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and suggest solutions to process inadequacies.
  • Advise on future quality initiatives to support ongoing quality improvements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in conducting quality improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong leadership skills to lead continuous improvement projects and implement process improvements.
  • Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in a relevant field.

The Quality Assurance Specialist position offers a competitive basic salary (pro rata) on a 6 month contract. The successful candidate will be based at our client's head office.
